What if I return the camper late?
Late returns may incur additional fees. Please contact us as soon as possible if you’re running behind.
How do I clean the camper before returning it?
Return it in the same condition it was rented: empty the black/gray tanks, wipe down the microwave, stovetop/oven and cooking tools, refill propane tanks, and clean the bunks, dinette, countertops, bathroom vanity, shower and toilet. Additional cleaning fees may apply if not returned properly.
What happens if the camper is damaged during my rental?
Damage is assessed upon return. Your security deposit will be held to cover repair and cleaning costs, and if damages exceed the deposit, an insurance claim will be filed and the renter is responsible for a $1,500 deductible.
Other Questions
Can I tow the camper with my vehicle?
Yes, as long as your vehicle is properly equipped and meets the weight requirements — we’ll ask for your tow vehicle’s year, make, and model when you book, and provide full towing specs. All tow vehicles must be equipped with a brake controller and 7-pin connector; it’s ultimately the renter’s responsibility to confirm tow vehicle capacity.
